Project Summary
Optimization and power management can play a pivotal role in coping with the problem of blackouts and load shedding. Our project mainly focuses on power monitoring and control of appliances connected to photovoltaic DC micro-grids for off-grid communities. The objective of the project is efficient and optimized power consumption to make solar energy more economically feasible and maximize its utility. Consequently, this solution will also curtail blackouts and power surges. We also developed a robust business model for the commercialization of our solution. We will utilize the PAYGO revenue model, considering Pakistan's low per capita income and the affordability of our solution.
